Your Order will be shipped through Delhivery, Shiprocket or Postal Services Depending on your Pincode. You will recive updates on Normal messgae/Whatsapp/Mail.
Estimated Delivery date will be visible on Courier Partner Website once the pickup is successful
Shipping Policy
- Feel free to enquire about a new product that’s not available in our website, we will help you out.
- Your package will be usually shipped within 1 to 5 working days for craft materials and 1 to 14 working days for customised handmade products.
- If you want to ship the product on any specific date, please cross check the availability of dates with us and proceed with payment only if you are okay with the shipping date.
- Flat shipping rate is calculated on all orders and subjected to change every month.
- 1.1% handling charges will be calculated extra for all orders (Courier/Pickup) Which May Include Cardboards/ Mailer boxes/ Bubble wrapping/ Shrink Wrapping/ Therma Col/ Taping (Cello/Masking)/ Poly Bags/ Shipping Labels or other if any.
- Your package will be shipped through Delhivery or Shiprocket (Blue Dart, Ecom express, Shadowfax, Borzo, Ekart, Dunzo, Kerry Indev or Amazon) depending on the availability of service to your pin code.
- Once the package is shipped you will receive a bill copy (by us) , Pdf file of after delivery services (By us), Tracking update (By us & Courier Partner) to provided WhatsApp number or mail id.
Self-book courier: Choose Self book courier in shipping options. Once the order is packed, we will update you the dimensions, weight and address for pickup. You can book pickup from your end and share us the tracking receipt. Shipping amount will be added as Loyalty points which can be redeemed for your next purchase (Loyalty Pointed cannot be converted to cash).
Instore pickup: Choose Instore pickup in shipping options (Vamanjoor, Mangalore) (You will receive location once the order is packed). Shipping amount will be added as loyalty points which can be redeemed for your next purchase (Loyalty Pointed cannot be converted to cash).
Payment once made is non-refundable if
- The order is already packed/shipped.
- Work of the customised order is already in process.
- Includes a sold-out product for which advance payment is made to get back the stock.
Please keep a track of the shipment on regular basis, we aren’t responsible If the product is returned to us due to any reasons by the courier authorities.
Please keep track and let us know if there’s any sort of confusions/errors in the tracking details, so that we can solve the issue immediately and ensure timely delivery.
If the package is returned, Client will have to pay shipping amount for the reshipment.
We are not directly responsible for the delay in delivery by the courier authorities, but we can help you reach at the earliest. No return, refund or exchange in case the delay in delivery is by courier authorities.
