If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us
Your Order Cancellation Rights
After delivery services will be strictly entertained only if you have the complete unboxing video starting from opening the package until fully opened without any cuts/edits. Show all sides of the package before and after unboxing.
Note: Loyalty Points cannot be converted to cash
- After delivery doesn’t apply on Stock Clearance Sale.
- If any product is damaged during transit, you’ll receive 50% loyalty points for the damaged product/s.
- If any cut-out is damaged during transit, you’ll get 50% Loyalty points for the damaged product/s.
- If steel ring is broken during transit, you’ll receive 50% Loyalty points for the broken rings (only), no refund/return/exchange if the steel ring is in bend condition.
- If the product was on discount, say original price is 1000/- and was sold on discount for 900/-, you’ll 50% loyalty points on the discounted price and not on the original price I.e., 450/-
- You’ll get 100% (Refund/Loyalty points) any if you haven’t received a particular product on delivery.
- If we have sent any product extra by mistake, you can use them by paying for it, or send back the product to us (Return shipping charges will be taken care by us).
- No exchange/return/refund if you aren’t happy with the size, please check the caption completely or reach out to us to avoid confusions.
- Do not open the package if there’s any confusion with the colours, let us know before you open.
- We are not responsible if the colour fades for Cut-outs, Charms, Connectors, Crimps, flowers, feathers or any other after use.
- For Dreamcatchers: We are not responsible if the colour fades for feathers, Gold/Silver cut-outs, Charms, Connectors, Photos, Crimps or Lights stop working after use.
- In case feathers fade by time, you can send us back the product, we will fix the feathers again and ship it back to you. Shipping amount (reverse & forward) will be on client.
- In case Lights damage by time, we can supply you only the light at cost.
- Shipping amount or handing charges will not be refunded in any cases under after delivery services.
What to do if you do not have the unboxing video?
You can still send back the product/s to us but you are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Once we receive the product, we will check the quality of the products, if everything is good, loyalty points for the products returned will be added to your account which can be redeemed for your next purchase.
(Product amount/Shipping/Handling amount or any other will not be refunded).
We will make an unboxing video when we receive the return package, if it’s damaged in return transit, we cannot help you further.
This Service is not Applicable on:
- Broken products
- Customised products
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address: (Given on request)
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
